Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the smooth operation and security of the IT infrastructure for a leading transport and logistics company within the Swiss Post group. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing First and Second Level Support, managing user accounts via Active Directory, and administering Windows environments, including Azure, Server, and client systems. You will handle network maintenance (VLAN, WLAN, VPN), manage virtualization technologies like VMware, and oversee backup processes using Veeam. Key requirements include a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist or equivalent professional experience, coupled with very strong German and good English skills.
