Job Summary

The Contract Testing Services (CTS) Lab Supervisor oversees the daily GMP operations within the Biosafety Testing Laboratory, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient resource utilization. Key responsibilities include the direct supervision, coaching, and mentorship of the CTS team, managing work schedules, and coordinating staff training and development. This role is crucial for maintaining the highest standards of equipment and facility maintenance, and involves generating daily/weekly schedules and managing deviations, CAPAs, and change control records. The supervisor may also act as a Study Director or Responsible Scientist for GMP studies. Candidates must possess a BSC in Biological Sciences (or equivalent), at least two years of supervisory experience, and expertise in GMP regulations and Biosafety Level 2 laboratory practices.
