Job Summary

This role is based in Hamburg and focuses on the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of specialized IT hardware, including forklift terminals, label printers, and mobile data capture devices. The technician will be responsible for hands-on hardware repairs, which involve soldering and component replacement, as well as the installation, configuration, and commissioning of devices. A key component of the job is providing 2nd-level technical support, communicating directly with customers to analyze problems and documenting all service cases and completed work. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background in IT or electronics, basic knowledge of operating systems and networks, and strong communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
