Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Chemical Laboratory Technician focused on ensuring and actively upholding the highest quality standards within a leading specialty chemical group located in Leverkusen. The primary responsibilities include the continuous monitoring and optimization of laboratory processes in strict compliance with ISO 9001. Key daily tasks involve conducting qualification training for the lab team regarding Quality Management (QM), validating analytical procedures, and managing the calibration and functional testing of complex analytical systems. The ideal candidate must possess a solid scientific background, such as a qualification as a Laboratory Technician or Techniker, coupled with several years of relevant professional experience in chemical analysis. Strong communication skills in both German and English, along with a deep, practical understanding of DIN EN ISO 9001 implementation in a laboratory setting, are essential prerequisites for success in this long-term, secure position.
