Job Summary

This role, based in Celle, involves acting as the central coordinator for nationwide service operations, focusing on planning and managing the deployment of fitters and service technicians for maintenance, inspections, repairs, and commissioning. Key responsibilities include organizing assignments based on employee qualifications, scheduling appointments directly with clients, converting inspection contracts into actionable work orders, and handling initial telephone fault reports followed by order creation. The ideal candidate possesses completed commercial or technical training, strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferably ERP systems, and excellent communication abilities in German.
