Solutions Engineer, Security Operations Center (SOC) | Data Engineer

Job Summary

This role requires a dedicated Solutions Engineer to act as the central technical interface between the Security Operations Center (SOC), the Sales team, and clients. Your core mission involves demonstrating the capabilities of the SOC and providing expert consultation to potential customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting needs analysis for clients regarding Threat Detection, Incident Response, and Security Monitoring, followed by designing tailored SOC architectures, use cases, and service concepts. You will be responsible for executing presentations, demos, and Proof-of-Concepts (PoC), and providing technical support for sales by evaluating tenders and assisting with proposal creation and cost calculations. Key qualifications include a background in IT security, good technical knowledge across networking, operating systems, server technologies, and cloud solutions, alongside familiarity with security standards like ISO 27001 and ITIL.
