Job Summary
This role involves taking responsibility for technical and infrastructural facilities management within a foundation dedicated to serving blind, visually impaired, and multiply disabled individuals. A core focus will be project management for implementing a centralized locking and key management system, including designing organizational processes and subsequently serving as the Product Owner for the related software. Day-to-day tasks include managing and documenting maintenance, inspection, and operator obligations (e.g., DGUV 3 checks) and participating in broader digitization projects. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration (Service Management), or Facility Management, or has a technical qualification in building services (HVAC/Sanitary/Electrical). Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration (Service Management), or Facility Management, or a completed qualification as a state-certified technician or degree in HVAC/Sanitary/Electrical trades.

- Experience in project management for software solutions and implementation
- Knowledge in locking systems and key management is beneficial
