As a Technical Building Equipment Specialist with an electrical focus, you will be instrumental in planning heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, and electrical (HVACSE) systems for new builds and modernizations, primarily in residential construction. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include formulating specifications for external specialist engineers, overseeing their implementation, and approving their work phases. You'll also define product standards and qualities, support architectural and construction teams, and negotiate with utility providers and external service providers.
