This role seeks a qualified Production Supervisor or Certified Manufacturing Technician to oversee and optimize the production of chemical products. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of manufacturing operations, including employee leadership, deployment planning, and the organization and control of daily production workflows. Key duties involve coordinating both production and necessary maintenance activities, while actively participating in process optimization initiatives. Candidates must possess a completed Master Craftsman certification, Technician degree, or equivalent qualification, coupled with strong technical knowledge, organizational skills, and a high commitment to quality, cost, and safety standards.
