Job Summary

This role is for a highly motivated WB Program Configuration Manager to support AIRBUS operations, focusing on the configuration and change management within the Aircraft Change Process. The manager will be responsible for consolidating decision-making bases across different departments and countries, ensuring the implementation and industrial feasibility of changes, particularly with a Final Assembly Line (FAL) focus. Day-to-day tasks include independently leading meetings, steering engineering modifications to completion, and applying the Airbus Attestation process, including Gap Analyses. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in engineering (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Aircraft Construction, Mechanical Engineering) and professional experience in Configuration Management, Production, and Project Management. Success in this role requires strong negotiation skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and fluent proficiency in both German and English, with French being a distinct advantage.
