Job Summary

This is an opportunity to join the dedicated People & Culture Payroll team at SoftwareOne/Crayon, a global leader in software and cloud solutions. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of monthly salary statements, including managing the taxation of incentives and company vehicles, and administering company pension schemes and voluntary employer benefits. Key duties involve handling certification and reporting requirements, preparing for monthly and annual financial closing activities, and acting as the primary contact person for employee inquiries regarding compensation. The role requires correspondence with various authorities and social security institutions. Ideal candidates possess a commercial qualification or business degree, practical experience in payroll accounting, and strong organizational skills, complemented by fluent German and good English proficiency.
