Job Summary

This role involves working on the conception and realization of a specialized software tool designed for integration and validation processes within the automotive sector, specifically supporting Volkswagen Group brands. The System Engineer will develop customized software solutions for process automation and take responsibility for the continuous development and deployment of test automation strategies for vehicle control units. Day-to-day tasks include testing components up to complete vehicle systems, controlling test bench configurations, and managing the entire test environment using analysis and manipulation tools. Utilizing agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, the engineer will collaborate closely with customers and software developers, responding directly to feedback. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, possesses strong analytical skills, and is passionate about programming, particularly in Python or similar languages, with a desire to implement solutions directly on-site with the customer.
