Metrology Technician | Messtechniker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Metrology Technician to join an international industrial company located south of Munich. The core responsibilities involve ensuring sustainable quality assurance using 3D coordinate measuring machines. Day-to-day tasks include defining measurement strategies, evaluating testing and measuring equipment, and planning and creating measurement procedures. A key part of the job is analyzing measurement protocols, identifying geometric deviations, and conducting capability studies for machines and processes (cp, cpk values). The ideal candidate must have a completed technical vocational training, several years of experience in measuring and testing technology, and excellent knowledge of optical or tactile measuring systems. Proficiency with Zeiss Calypso Software and familiarity with quality management standards like ISO 9001 and quality methods such as 8D and FMEA are essential. This is a permanent position offering above-tariff pay, holiday and Christmas bonuses, and company pension schemes.
