This critical leadership role involves taking overall responsibility for the technical implementation of a complex Data and Knowledge Management (DKM) platform, specifically focusing on realizing a hybrid Data Science infrastructure that integrates both centralized and federated analysis environments. The Lead will manage system supervision, project execution, and the integration of crucial pseudonymization and identity management processes, ensuring compliance with GDPR and ethical requirements. A core function is leading and coordinating decentralized, interdisciplinary teams across multiple sites and collaborating with external service providers and internal stakeholders (IT, research). Candidates must possess a university degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, coupled with several years of professional experience in planning and implementing complex, multi-site data solutions. Expertise in modern data management technologies, Cloud infrastructure, IT security, and proven strategic leadership skills are essential for driving the technical future of this innovative research environment.
