Job Summary

This role is ideal for a skilled technician with a background in mechanics or electronics who enjoys working with modern technology and providing excellent customer service. As a Service Technician specializing in robotic lawn mowers, you will be responsible for the entire service lifecycle, from initial consultation and sales of Smart Garden products to on-site installation, technical instruction, maintenance, and expert repair. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling service appointments, performing fault diagnosis using modern diagnostic tools and apps, and processing quotes, orders, and billing independently. The position offers a permanent contract, 30 days of vacation, professional development opportunities (STIHL), and a supportive, family-like work environment. Candidates must have strong technical aptitude, proficiency with diagnostic systems and MS Office, and a Class B driving license to manage field service operations efficiently.
