Job Summary

This role involves optimizing and continuously developing critical IT applications within the logistics sector. The specialist will handle the full lifecycle of software and hardware components, including installation, maintenance, and repair, while also creating technical concepts and documentation. A major focus is on ensuring operational stability by performing error analysis, conducting tests, and resolving disruptions in the logistics software. The position requires close collaboration with external software vendors and the internal IT department, alongside providing consultation and training to internal staff. The ideal candidate must hold professional training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or possess equivalent professional experience. Essential qualifications include a very strong understanding of logistics processes, proficiency in WMS and ERP systems, and excellent MS Office skills, combined with a logical and analytical mindset.
