Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious Electrical Layout Engineer passionate about technology and innovation, focusing on the design and coordination of complex cable systems for high-voltage and substation Turnkey facilities (HVDC, FACTS, GIS/AIS). Day-to-day responsibilities involve the technical design of cable routes for various cable types (Control, LV, MV, FO, and special cables), generating critical documentation like cable lists and drawing maps, and ensuring compliance with customer specifications and national standards in collaboration with local partners. Key requirements include a degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical qualification, proven experience in cable planning for Turnkey facilities, and proficiency in AutoCAD 2D. The position offers an engaging environment where strong communication, teamwork, and fluency in both German and English are essential for successful technical negotiations with customers and suppliers.
