Job Summary

This role involves leading and motivating a manufacturing team operating within a 2-shift system, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted production flow. The Production Team Leader is responsible for personnel deployment planning, continuous optimization of production and resource planning, and the professional development of team members. A key focus is maintaining high quality standards, monitoring equipment availability, and strictly adhering to safety and cleanroom regulations, including leading the Emergency Response Team (ERT). Candidates must possess a technical degree, significant experience as a shift leader or production manager, ideally in microelectronics, coupled with strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills. This position requires flexibility and a willingness to work within a 12-hour shift model.
