Job Summary

This Senior Trainer role involves preparing and conducting specialized customer training sessions focused on advanced radio monitoring systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing comprehensive training programs, course materials, and presentations, while also organizing and moderating workshops. The successful candidate will be responsible for imparting expert knowledge on product capabilities and applications, and coordinating project work within a small team, including planning, monitoring, and coordination of work packages. Collaboration with project management, development teams, and international clients is essential. Key qualifications include a technical degree (MINT fields) or equivalent experience, advanced knowledge in COMINT (Signal Collection/Evaluation) and SIGINT (Sensor Data Fusion/Situational Awareness), and experience in signal analysis, ideally with a military background. The position requires strong didactic skills, fluency in both German and English, and significant international travel (30-40%).
