Job Summary

As an IT Coordinator for Application Support, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of IT applications within a dynamic environment. Your daily responsibilities will include overseeing the development, operation, and maintenance of IT procedures and service management, ensuring the availability and enhancement of all IT systems (hardware, software, telecommunications, mobile, and office technology) while adhering to economic and quality standards. You will provide crucial user support, offering advice and troubleshooting via phone, remote access, or on-site, and manage the administration and operational support of applications above the IT infrastructure layer. This role is ideal for a proactive IT professional with a strong background in IT service processes and system administration, eager to contribute to large-scale mobility, infrastructure, and logistics projects.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in Computer Science or similar field, or completed IT apprenticeship with several years of professional experience

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT-Service processes (e.g., Incident Management, Service Request Management, Asset Management)
  • Professional experience in operational management and administration of IT systems
  • Experience in coordination and execution of IT projects
  • Experience in vendor management and application development, including agile methods
