The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification (Technician, Master Craftsman), coupled with professional experience, preferably in industrial plant construction. Strong analytical, solution-oriented working methods, and good proficiency in both German and English are essential for success in this challenging and responsible position.
