Job Summary

This leadership role involves strategically building up and expanding the Energy Services business unit, focusing on innovative solutions in heating, photovoltaics (PV), decentralized generation, and electromobility (E-Mobility). The Head will be responsible for developing clear team structures, efficient processes, and driving the standardization and digitalization of all operational workflows, from proposal creation to project execution and aftercare. Key responsibilities include defining and utilizing KPIs for scaling, optimizing sales and project processes (including CRM and funding applications), and developing a modular product portfolio integrating cross-sectional topics like storage and charging infrastructure. The ideal candidate holds a technical or economic degree and brings several years of experience in energy services, ideally within a municipal context, coupled with strong commercial acumen and proven leadership skills.
