Job Summary

This role involves supporting and maintaining critical business applications for a prominent company in Ainring, working within the FERCHAU Rosenheim team. The Application Administrator will be responsible for the daily administration and maintenance of existing business applications, including patch and release management, as well as managing user rights and accounts. A key part of the role is providing 2nd level support to end-users, optimizing current applications, and assisting with the introduction of new software solutions. The position requires close collaboration with key users and internal departments, managing external service providers, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. Candidates should possess a degree or relevant training in IT, practical experience in application support, and good German and English skills, along with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
