Job Summary

This role involves supporting colleagues in an exciting project for a renowned company in Trostberg, acting as the first point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and problems (1st-Level-Support). Day-to-day responsibilities include installing and configuring software and hardware, providing technical support for systems and networks, and building and maintaining the overall IT infrastructure. The coordinator will also be responsible for monitoring system and network performance, troubleshooting issues, performing repairs, managing data recovery, and conducting essential maintenance like backups and software license administration. The ideal candidate must possess a completed qualification as an IT Specialist or equivalent, combined with at least three years of professional experience in the IT sector of a medium-sized company. Excellent organizational skills, a structured and independent working style, and strong German and good English language skills are essential for success in this versatile and responsible position.
