Key requirements include a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, extensive professional experience in a production-adjacent environment, and foundational leadership experience. Success in this role demands strong technical expertise in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens S7/TIA Portal), excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and assertively to steer strategic initiatives and operational topics.
