Job Summary

This role involves taking on the autonomous project management of electrical engineering projects, focusing on goal definition, scope management, and planning for time, cost, and resources. A key aspect of the job is actively contributing to the energy transition by initiating and implementing decarbonization projects. Day-to-day tasks include regular site inspections, project meetings for quality assurance, and providing expert technical consulting to internal operations, including technical analysis and design calculations. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, or a related field, coupled with several years of professional experience in project execution or planning within electrical and energy systems. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, negotiation ability, and fluency in German, alongside good working knowledge of English.
