Job Summary

This critical role seeks an ambitious IT Process Manager responsible for the conception, coordination, and continuous optimization of internal and technical IT processes. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating procedures aligned with the ITIL framework, developing the service catalog to enhance standardization, and acting as a key interface between the IT department and internal/external customers.
