Job Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for developing concepts for supply technology systems and overseeing project execution, including site supervision across various service phases. A core part of the job is ensuring strict adherence to budget plans and project timelines, coordinating effectively with different trades, and conducting final system approvals. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background, ideally as a Master Craftsman or Technician in Building Services, Energy Technology, or Supply Technology, coupled with practical construction site experience and familiarity with German fee regulations (HOAI). This position requires strong communication skills and assertiveness to manage complex stakeholder environments and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
