Job Summary
This role is ideal for an ambitious IT professional focused on elevating technology solutions for clients. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for handling 1st and 2nd-Level Incident Management, which includes receiving, analyzing, resolving, and meticulously documenting disruption reports. A key part of the role involves initiating follow-up measures for defect creation or change requests, as well as managing group policies within Active Directory. The specialist will also focus on troubleshooting Windows and client disruptions. To succeed, candidates should possess an IT-related qualification (such as an IT Specialist in System Integration) and bring 1-3 years of professional experience in user support/helpdesk functions, coupled with solid proficiency in Active Directory and ticketing systems.
