Job Summary

This role is designed for an ambitious professional seeking to advance automation technologies by connecting people and systems. The Automation Engineer / PLC Programmer will be responsible for the full lifecycle development of new PLC programs and software solutions, alongside integrating and programming complex systems such as robots, camera, and screwing mechanisms into existing production lines. A core focus of the position is the continuous optimization and further development of existing processes to enhance cost efficiency, process stability, and safety, while actively working to increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Key responsibilities include conducting root cause analysis for quality and OEE issues, defining and implementing corrective measures in production projects, and ensuring thorough documentation using internal standard tools. Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Mechatronics or Automation Technology, professional experience in PLC programming, and excellent knowledge of Simatic and TIA, coupled with familiarity with LEAN methods and standard quality techniques.
