Job Summary

This role involves serving as a Technical Specialist for grid connections, focusing on complex infrastructure projects within the energy sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include comprehensive customer support, handling inquiries (online, phone, and in-person), and processing applications for house connections, construction power, and photovoltaic (PV) systems. The specialist will manage documentation, perform data entry into the IConnect order portal, conduct grid compatibility checks, and plan new PV installations using GTechnology. Key qualifications include a completed electrical engineering apprenticeship or equivalent technical qualification, strong technical understanding of energy technology, and proficiency in MS Office. Excellent German and good English skills are required to coordinate projects, create and send customer quotes, and manage collaborations with telecommunications and fiber optic providers. This position offers an unlimited contract, a 37-hour work week, and opportunities for mobile working.
