Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT professional to lead and advance the IT Infrastructure and IT Security departments, supporting a major HR services group operating across Europe. The successful candidate will be pivotal in transforming the current on-premises environment into a Cloud Native setup, specifically leveraging Microsoft Azure, to support future Big Data solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the Infrastructure, Security, and Helpdesk teams, ensuring the smooth operation of internal network and telecom systems (including MS Teams telephony), and managing the IT infrastructure for new branch openings. Key requirements include at least five years of experience in IT Infrastructure, proven leadership skills in a digital IT department, and deep expertise in implementing security standards (like ISO 27001) and infrastructure automation.
