The successful candidate will be responsible for staff development, scheduling, process optimization, and establishing strategic guidelines for the center's workflow. Key responsibilities also include defining customer interfaces, ensuring the functionality of specialized software applications like Scan Client and Infoprint Manager, and managing software-related measures for new projects. Candidates should possess a degree in IT or a related field, or substantial professional IT experience, coupled with strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills to drive the digital future of public administration in Lower Saxony.
