This role is ideal for an experienced Building Services Technician or Project Engineer specializing in Technical Building Equipment (TBE/TGA), focusing primarily on the maintenance and upkeep of a hospital environment, with a clear path toward TBE Project Management. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance, repair, and modification measures for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems within the operational hospital setting. The successful candidate will manage coordination with client building departments and external contractors, monitor execution quality, deadlines, and costs, and handle technical documentation and invoice verification. Required qualifications include a technical degree or certification in building services or related fields, professional experience in commercial building maintenance (preferably healthcare), and strong communication skills necessary for coordinating diverse stakeholders.   • Professional experience in planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance measures
  • Experience with warranty claims according to VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures)
