Job Summary

This role involves serving as the primary contact for clients in assigned properties, focusing on the operation and monitoring of complex building technology systems. Key day-to-day responsibilities include reliably maintaining and servicing electrotechnical systems, conducting continuous inspections and functional checks, and promptly troubleshooting electrical and building system faults. The technician will also manage and oversee external subcontractors, meticulously document warranty defects for timely resolution, and provide attentive support to customers and tenants. A crucial requirement is participating in the rotating on-call duty service with colleagues. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification, such as an Electronics Technician for Building and Infrastructure Systems or an Electrical Installer, paired with initial professional experience in building technology.
