Job Summary
The Roland Clinic, a highly specialized center for orthopedics and hand surgery, is seeking an experienced Head of Building Services to manage and optimize all technical operations within their facilities. This leadership role involves the coordination and execution of inspection, maintenance, and repair work across critical technical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and MSR (Measurement, Control, and Regulation). You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex technical faults, managing the in-house technical team's scheduling and deployment, and overseeing maintenance performed by external contractors. The ideal candidate holds a Technician or Master Craftsman qualification, possesses at least five years of professional experience in a relevant technical field (e.g., electrical or heating), and demonstrates strong knowledge of Technical Building Equipment (TGA) and Building Management Systems (BMS). Required Skills
Education
Certified Technician or Master Craftsman qualification or comparable advanced training; Completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Plumbing, Heating, or Ventilation.
Experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Electrical Engineering, Plumbing, Heating, or Ventilation
- Experience operating high-safety standard equipment
- Experience handling Building Management Systems (BMS/GLT)
- Leadership experience in managing technical staff
