Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the smooth, day-to-day operation of a facility in Potsdam, acting as the primary point of contact for building-related issues, disturbances, and minor repairs. Key responsibilities include coordinating internal moving services, preparing meeting rooms (seating and technology setup), and managing inventory such as logo paper, copier paper, and toner replacement. The Facility Manager will conduct regular internal and external inspections, document findings, and oversee external contractors. Furthermore, the role requires initial winter service duties during ice and snowfall, accepting goods (especially office furniture), and escalating significant findings to relevant contacts. This is a full-time, temporary contract position, starting February 2, 2026, and concluding November 1, 2026.
