This role involves leading and managing complex electrical engineering construction projects, specifically focusing on medium and low-voltage power supply systems. The Project Manager will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and technical preparation to final acceptance and client acquisition support. Key daily tasks include ensuring compliance with technical and economic specifications, clarifying technical details with clients, negotiating contracts, and coordinating all project stakeholders, including site managers. The ideal candidate holds a degree in engineering or a Master Electrician/Technician qualification, coupled with several years of professional experience in power supply projects. Success in this role requires strong contract knowledge (VOB/BGB), a structured and autonomous working style, and a high degree of customer and safety awareness, offering a long-term perspective within a large, family-run company.
