The Hardware Developer will manage the entire lifecycle, from initial specification and architectural design to component selection, ensuring compliance with strict regulatory standards (EMC and safety). Day-to-day tasks include creating standardized schematics and layouts, conducting rigorous testing and troubleshooting at the module level, and supporting technical documentation for market launch. Success requires a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, practical experience in hardware development—ideally within medical technology or a regulated environment—and proficiency with CAD tools like Altium Designer and modern measurement technology.
