Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical operation and maintenance of production facilities, focusing on ensuring plant safety and operational efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating technical measures, managing budgets, and leading technical staff, including performance monitoring. A key part of the role involves conducting vulnerability analyses, troubleshooting plant malfunctions, and independently performing maintenance and repairs. Candidates should possess a technical degree (Master's or equivalent) in fields like supply or production technology, coupled with strong knowledge of legal and technical regulations (e.g., industrial safety and occupational health). Fluency in German is mandatory, and prior experience in staff leadership and plant operation or planning is beneficial, offering a pathway to professional development within an international environment.
