Job Summary

This position is for a Production Specialist within a globally leading, DAX 40 pharmaceutical and crop protection group, offering stable employment through an unlimited contract and excellent compensation (€18.00 - €21.00/hour) based on the chemical collective agreement. The core responsibility involves the independent operation of production plants used for pharmaceutical manufacturing. Daily tasks include starting up and shutting down complex systems, performing rigorous quality controls and sampling, and ensuring precise documentation of all executed activities. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification, such as a Chemical Technician, Chemical Specialist, or Industrial Mechanic, combined with relevant professional experience in the chemical industry. Essential qualifications include familiarity with handling hazardous materials and proficiency with MS Office. Successful applicants must be prepared for shift work and demonstrate fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
