Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT Specialist in System Integration seeking to manage complex, highly available server environments. The System Administrator will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of both Linux/UNIX and Windows systems, focusing on stability, security, and scalability. Key daily tasks include 2nd and 3rd-level troubleshooting, implementing security measures (firewalls, patch management), and managing virtualization using technologies like VMware and Hyper-V. A core component of the role involves automating routine tasks using tools such as Ansible or Puppet and administering hybrid or multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP). The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, excellent German proficiency (C1 minimum), and a proactive approach to continuous learning and system updates, with a willingness to travel for projects.
