Job Summary

This role seeks an Embedded Systems Software Developer to join FERCHAU, focusing on connecting people and technologies within IT system integration, with a strong emphasis on Support and Security. Day-to-day tasks involve the full development lifecycle of embedded software, including implementation for microcontrollers and microprocessors, rigorous requirements analysis, and close collaboration with hardware developers and interdisciplinary teams. A key part of the role is planning, executing, and evaluating tests, along with debugging and troubleshooting complex systems, and developing prototypes for concept validation. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, coupled with practical experience in embedded programming, knowledge of microcontrollers (like STM32), and familiarity with RTOS. Proficiency in modern development methodologies such as Scrum, Agile, or V-Model is required. The position offers a competitive salary range of €35,000 to €60,000, an unlimited contract, mobile working options for flexibility, and investment in professional growth through the FERCHAU Academy.
