Job Summary

The CSW GmbH, an IT system house focused on providing tailored IT environments for mid-sized businesses across various sectors (industry, trade, healthcare, legal, and tax consulting), is seeking a dedicated Printer Technician for their Albstadt location. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction by handling the full lifecycle of printing and multifunction devices. Day-to-day responsibilities include on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of printers, copiers, and multifunction devices (print/scan/copy). The technician will also configure necessary software solutions, perform remote and on-site error analysis and troubleshooting, and provide customer instruction on hardware and software operation. Ideal candidates possess an IT background or comparable experience, strong technical understanding, and excellent customer service skills, with a willingness to document all work meticulously.
