Job Summary

The Energy Manager will be responsible for ensuring the optimized operation of technical building equipment, focusing primarily on heating supply systems within a large housing provider in Kassel. Day-to-day tasks include managing heating, ventilation, and hot water systems, including district heating, gas, hybrid systems, combined heat and power plants (CHP), and photovoltaic systems. A core focus will be the management of Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MCR) technology and contributing to the expansion of Building Management Systems (BMS). The role requires monitoring legal requirements (e.g., GEG and TrinkwV), maintaining necessary documentation for quality assurance, and analyzing consumption data to implement optimization measures. Qualified candidates must possess a background in building technology, extensive professional experience operating heating systems, and deep knowledge of BMS and MCR technology.
