This role is critical for upholding the principle of 'Rehabilitation before Pension' within the German Pension Insurance Westphalia. The specialist will join the cross-sectional and coordination team, focusing on fundamental legal and procedural issues related to participation in rehabilitation services. Day-to-day responsibilities include processing complex legal questions, supporting operational teams and external partners, and developing strategic solutions within the rehabilitation system. A key function involves coordinating cross-agency individual cases according to the Federal Participation Act and maintaining extensive communication networks with other service providers and stakeholders. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Law, Public Administration, or Healthcare Management, combined with specific expertise in German Rehabilitation Law (SGB VI and SGB IX). Education
