Job Summary

This role involves managing and coordinating HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) projects, focusing specifically on renovation measures aligned with the organization's sustainability strategy, primarily covering HOAI Service Phase 8. The Project Manager will act as the primary contact for technical inquiries from facility management and internal colleagues, ensuring smooth operations within the organization's extensive real estate portfolio, which includes historic and new buildings. Key responsibilities include efficient resource utilization, budget adherence, and the independent coordination of planned maintenance and repair work on technical HVAC systems. Candidates must possess a background in HVAC, supply engineering, or facility management, coupled with professional experience in construction, technical building equipment (TGA), or facility management, ideally within a healthcare or nursing environment. Strong knowledge of relevant regulations (HOAI, VOB, DIN, VDI) and IT tools is essential, along with fluent German skills.

Required Skills

Education

Master Craftsman or Technician certification in HVAC, Supply Engineering, or Facility Management, or a corresponding university degree

Experience

  • Several years of relevant professional experience in construction, building maintenance (TGA), and/or facility management
  • Experience in planning and project management responsibility, including project monitoring of construction measures according to HOAI Service Phase 8
  • Professional experience preferably in a hospital or nursing environment

  • Knowledge of fire protection regulations is desirable.
