Job Summary

This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) interfaces for a leading logistics company. The specialist will be responsible for gathering and evaluating technical requirements to develop efficient EDI processes, working closely with both clients and internal departments. Key tasks include developing mapping solutions using standards like EDIFACT, XML, CSV, and JSON to connect external systems with internal processes, monitoring existing data flows, and ensuring smooth EDI operations. The ideal candidate must possess practical experience with integration platforms, strong knowledge of EDI standards (EDIFACT, VDA, XML, X.400), and technical understanding of IT system landscapes and logistics processes. Success in this role requires a structured, independent work style, coupled with strong communication skills and proficiency in both German and English.
