Job Summary

As a Senior Network Security Engineer, you will be instrumental in configuring, operating, and troubleshooting critical security environments for clients. Your day-to-day will involve administering client security infrastructures, acting as a key point of contact for deployed services, and providing 2nd/3rd level support for incident resolution. You will plan, manage, and execute changes within critical IT infrastructures as part of a managed service, ensuring meticulous documentation of all modifications. This role requires independent problem-solving, including replicating reported issues in a lab environment, and participating in on-call rotations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in complex infrastructure support, network technology, and specific expertise in areas like Email Security, Firewalls, and VPNs, coupled with experience with leading security vendors.
