Job Summary

This role involves acting as a Security Operations Engineer within a large corporation focused on developing future technology. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing potential security risks, continuously developing security concepts, and evaluating current threats to coordinate effective countermeasures. You will be responsible for identifying and assessing technical vulnerabilities and developing appropriate solutions, as well as operating various security solutions such as SIEM, Log Management, vulnerability scanners, EDR, and Identity Protection. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification, coupled with several years of professional experience in IT Security, network technology, or system administration. Strong expertise in IT security technologies, experience analyzing logs or network data, and negotiation-level German and good English skills are essential.
